By accessing or using TablePanel’s software and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.


2. Description of Services


TablePanel offers restaurant management software including order management, table reservations, menu updates, payment integration, reporting, and other features as detailed on our website.


We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.


3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating accounts.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Maintain security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Comply with all applicable local laws, including data privacy.

4. Payment and Pricing

  • Pricing details are available on our Pricing Page. All prices exclude GST (18%).
  • Monthly and annual subscription fees are charged as per selected plans.
  • A 25% discount is available on the Growth Plan for clients who onboard and stay subscribed for a minimum of 45 days.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy (available separately).
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Affiliate Program

  • Referral discounts and earnings are subject to clients staying for at least 45 days.
  • Affiliate tracking and sign-up are handled through the designated Referral Form.
  • Commissions, discounts, and terms may be updated with prior notice.
  • Abuse of Affiliate Program terms may result in disqualification.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • TablePanel retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, content, and trademarks.
  • Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of continuous availability or error-free operation.
  • TablePanel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
  • Users assume full responsibility for their business decisions and use of the software.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of Terms or unpaid bills.
  • Upon termination, access to Service and data retention will be handled as per our Data Retention Policy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in India as applicable.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Notice of changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
