• Affiliates must register using the official Referral Form.
• The Program is open to individuals and businesses who promote TablePanel within legal and ethical standards.

• Affiliates refer potential customers via unique referral links or codes.
• New customers must subscribe to the Growth Plan or higher and maintain their subscription for a minimum of 45 days to qualify for affiliate rewards.
• Referrals are tracked through our system and validated against subscription and payment records.

• New customers referred receive a 25% discount on the Growth Plan upon successful onboarding and maintaining the minimum 45-day subscription.
• Affiliates earn commission or discounts based on the number and value of valid referrals (details provided on registration).
• Discounts and commissions may change with prior notice and are subject to verification.

• Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
• Payments are processed after referred customers meet the minimum stay criteria.
• TablePanel reserves the right to withhold payments in case of suspected fraud or policy violations.

• Promote TablePanel truthfully and ethically without misleading claims.
• Do not engage in spam, unauthorized advertising, or violation of third-party policies.
• Abide by all applicable laws, advertising standards, and privacy regulations.

• TablePanel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for policy violations or unethical behavior.
• Terminated affiliates forfeit unpaid commissions and discounts.

• TablePanel may modify terms, commissions, or program structure with prior notice.
• Continued participation after changes implies acceptance of updated terms.

• TablePanel is not responsible for tax obligations arising from affiliate earnings.
• Affiliates agree to indemnify TablePanel against any legal or financial liabilities caused by their promotion practices.
