• Monthly and Annual Plans: Payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun, except in cases of demonstrable service faults on our part.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment for monthly subscriptions and within 14 days for annual subscriptions.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds will be made for unused time within the subscription period.

• In cases of prolonged service outages or faults attributable to TablePanel, we may offer partial credits or refunds at our discretion.
• Customers are encouraged to contact support promptly to report issues.

• Discounts (e.g., 25% Growth Plan discount) and bonuses are conditional on continued subscription.
• Early subscription cancellation may forfeit any discount eligibility or bonuses.
